I won't be surprised one iota if Manfredo beats Chavez.

I don't expect Chavez to have an easy time with Manfredo if he even wins at all.

It's like this......Mandfredo's head and brain are to boxing what Jenna Jamesons twat is to porn.

    All banged out.

Petey was destroyed by Bika.....he took the sort of pounding that really does nothing for longevity.

Today, Petey runs numbers up in Worcester.

To be fair, Bika is a solid SMW contender and Canelo would get destroyed by Bika too.

True, true, anyone could lose to Bika, even Calzaghe.

I am not questioning Petey's resume or his heart.

I AM questioning how much he would have left at this stage of his career.

Its no surprise to me that a damaged, used-to-be 154lbr like Petey has somehow come to cross the path of that utter, utter retard JC Chavez Jr.

It's a bad style match-up for Chavez. And unlike Chavez Manfredo beats bums like Vanda with absolute ease still.

Also LOL @ Irish for Manfredo being shot or having a lot of mileage - in his defeats beside from Bike he has sustained not much punishment at all. And Biko was a three round wrecking and not a sustained beating over lots of rounds.

Manfredo is actually a pretty competent boxer who doesn't get hit all that much. If anything he's still a young fighter for the amounts of fights he had. He hasn't slowed down or anything he still wins against bums as good as he ever did.

Petey has been around for a while and has taken some lumps. Look at his nose, please. Don't tell me that this is a guy given to the unnecessary slipping of punches. Jaidon Codrington gave Bika a better fight.

No but he got hit plenty over a long period of time.

    Same as Peter.

Look, for me this is simple, Chavez figures to have a big weight advantage and Peter is not the biggest of dudes. He's 5'10" with a bump on his head. He's competent, moderately talented, but he's going to be in there with a guy who will push him around.

He could win, a testament as much to Chavez suckiness, but I do feel that this night won't be Petey's night.

I can see him doing the better work, and being clubbed with awkward heavy shots in return for the duration of the fight.

He drops a decision here for me.
