I'd go with Lopez, in a close fight. Adamek at 175 was very good, but not on the level of Saad, Spinks, Galindez, and Conteh, the guys Lopez came up short against. Adamek I think would allow himself to get into a toe-to-toe war like the Briggs fight, which plays into Lopez's hands. And Adamek doesnt have the firepower of Spinks, and Saad to get Lopez outta there. But it'd be close, I'm not ruiling Adamek out at all.
