Who deleted my thread ? :flip:

That thread was dead SERIOUS !!!

There are tons of people who think Oscar won both of those fights.
I intend to discuss with those people who Oscar handled better at 154 - Mosely or Mayweather.

You leave some bullshit dancing with the stars thread in here and delete my LEGIT boxing thread ..
    WTF .. [IMG]

I agree. You shouldn't delete someone's thread no matter how moronic and alone they are in their opinion. CYC really believed what he said.

    Alone ?

    You are sadly mistaken..

Besides the internet , I have yet to even talk to anyone who thought Oscar lost either of those fights.

What you fail to realize is that this little internet group thing going on in some of these boxing sites is the minority percetage of what people in general really think.

I guess that explains why a grand total of nobody agreed with you when you started this thread after the fight:

    http://www.fightbeat.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16915&page=2

 ... the closest you got was *Z* saying it was a close fight and Double L saying he'd rewatch.

If you can't get Double L to co-sign on the prospect of Oscar beating Floyd, then you know you're in deep water.

Jake's right. Everyone knows Oscar borderline won the Mosley fight, but nobody I know of believes as hard as you do that Floyd lost to Oscar. Still I think you're entitled to your opinion and they should have left the thread up so you could just get put in your place by the inhabitants of this forum.

Personally I admire your stance. Hell I might even agree with you if I could bring myself to sit through that whole fight, which you couldn't pay ME $49.99 to watch.

Yeah here. Like I said , its the small percentage.
That thread is just one grain of sand on the beach.
Most grains agree with me so I'm not sweating it.

I know whats up , just like one of the judges did.
I know that a jab that is blocked by gloves does not count as a point.
I know that punches that fall 4 to 6 inches short of the intended target don't count.
I seen all the running and clinching.

I appoligize for noticing all these things.
Sorry , I'm just detail oriented. Nothing I can do about it. :dunno:

Petre's gem of a thread (which also had my classic recap of the fight, since Erratic had earlier inquired).

In the 138-post thread, TWO people agreed with Petre - someone named Dollar-Fifty 78... and you.

I don't know who Dollar-Fifty 78 is, but based on this evidence, I have every reason to believe that it's either you or Petre.

You forgot Petre who claimed he had all 25 people who were watching on his 110 inch televison screen thinking Oscar was robbed.

You really need to drop this CYC, It's getting really ridiculous. To answer your question Oscar handled Mosely better in the 2nd fight because there's no way he beat Floyd.

I guess you and I clearly know two very different groups of people, then. I haven't met/spoken with a single person who thought Oscar won the fight.

My Dad is probably the biggest DLH fan I personally know. His take at the end of the night is that he hopes Oscar retires as he absolutely disgraced himself.

He didn't exactly have a glowing review of Floyd either, and if anything was mad at me for having him sit down to watch the tape of the fight. ... but it was only the 3rd time I've heard him say outright that Oscar lost. The other two times being the Hopkins fight and the first w/ Shane.

You must ask yourself Jake , how old is your father these days ?
You know his eyes aren't as prime as they used to be when Oscar fought Shane the first time ..
He also might have thought (especially with the sound) that those gloves punches were landing on Oscars face.
I could see how judges with Oscars back facing them or off to the side might also think that.
I mean they did make a nice loud sound when the two gloves hit each other. I'm sure you remember hearing that as well.

I actually think the Floyd fight is more debatable then the Mosely fight.

At least Mosely came to fight and one could respect that he did so.

replace wonderful with rational and you're right on. Irrationality and nuthuggery is a prerequisite for being staff, and you hit on both counts:bears:

I'd rather know who deleted your damm eyesite.

BTW , you still haven't answered who PBF beat that could beat a prime Campas ?
I'll ask again. Are you going to pick Zab or Baldomir who beat Zab ?
Or is there some other fighter ?

    We aren't talking about Oscar.

I went down a list of fighters that Oscar has beaten and stated that those fighters would beat all of Mayweathers opponents.
I then to make a point I said Campas would as well.

Now , I would like to hear who Mayweather beat that would beat Campas ?
Zab ? Well maybe Zab but he lost to Baldomir.
Now can Baldomir beat Campas ? Gatti ?
    IMO , I don't think so.

You said a "prime" campas earlier but De La Hoya never fought a prime Campas, so what's the point.

Also, Mayweather beat De La Hoya and De La Hoya beat Campas so there is your answer.
