Second Zab is much faster and has more knockout power than Quintana. I think Zab lands at will and stops Williams
If Williams fought like he did against Margarito--using reach from distance clinching when close--he beats Zab by decision. If he fights like he did against Quintana and Mitchell, he maybe wins by decision or KO. Either way, he wins IMO.
Zab on his best day couldn't win more thasn 4 rounds against Williams, and would most likely fold under the pressure and be stopped.

Judah might land one solid shot early like he did against Cotto. Once Williams doesn't fold, but instead keeps coming Zab is finished. Too bad Paul's a nice guy. I would like to see somebody pull out their cock and piss on him.
Zab would dominate early, his hard pot shotting is gold against a reaching swarmer like Williams. But he doesn't have the stuff to keep it together over 12. Williams TKO 11. Zab might still have a few points on him by that point.
