Zack Snyder's Justice League

Looks like a very different movie. Might be worth watching to compare with the theatrical version completed by Josh Whedon.

 

Lots of new footage. It's going to be 4 hours long. Aired in 4 parts.

 

Probably or maybe not if Snyder decides to cut out the Joss Whedon scenes he didn't like. He will have Superman wearing the black suit instead of the classic red & blue costume.

 

I'm going off of what Snyder and HBO has said. 4 eps. 1 hour each.

 

Didn't knew that was the official report. I stand corrected then.

 

I’m going to just wait til the whole thing drops and watch it all.

 

The Joss Whedon theatrical version was cringe inducing and forgettable. I dunno how the basic stupid plot can be improved.

 

The Snyder cut shits all over Whedon’s version which is a laughable embarrassment by comparison.

It was an overall good movie and it actually did the franchise justice (no pun intended). If this cut had originally aired (trimmed down a bit obviously) it likely would have been critically acclaimed enough by fans and critics to warrant a sequel.

 

Has anyone ever told DC that it might be a good idea to release the good versions of their movies in theatres?

The original theatrical release, yes.

 

This is way better and totally different from that.
