It time for Pacquiao to go back to his natural weight at 140.

pacquiao already demanded a fight with marquez occur at welterweight since he has to starve to make 140:Rubio:

    Martinez saying its "mismatch".

Clearly trying to draw the ire of Freddy Roach and throw wood to the fire.

Pac's more likely to do it than Floyd.

    That's a given.

I won't even be surprised if Pacquiao fights Martinez. I would be shocked if Floyd even entertained the idea.

Martinez is a very good fighter, a real dark horse. Could see him beating both PAC and Floyd.

Bad fight for PAC. The only reason he got away with it against Marg is that Marg is a slow, easy to hit target. Sergio is a much quicker opponent with better boxing skills. I could see him stopping Manny in this one. There is always a threshold where size does matter.

Floyd already fought and beat Martinez when he beat Mosley who beat Margarito who knocked out Martinez 10 years ago so we don't even have to go there.:Thumbs::Thumbs::Thumbs:

Absolutely. And that's why I'd love to see it. If Pacquiao somehow wins, it's stuff of legend.

That 6-0 (3 Ko's) win streak William had before last night wasn't good enough for Mayweather to consider fighting him....

Mayweather won't fight Martinez or Williams....:scared:

    Exactly.

Floyd turned down over 40 million to fight Pacquiao. Who in the hell turns down that kind of pay day unless they're scared?:dunno:

Pacquiao at least has shown he has more guts by facing guys wouldn't even entertain, getting in the ring with Cotto, Margarito, and Clottey.

Mayweather would never get in the ring with any of them despite the fact he would stand to make enormous amounts of money in doing so.

    I just don't understand him.

Not just that Puerto, but I would pick him over all 3 of those fighters. THAT's what I don't understand about him, in addition to the money of course.

Let's look at his previous 7 opponents then.

Marquez - coming off a win.

David Diaz - coming off a win.

Oscar - coming off a win.

Hatton - coming off a win.

Cotto - coming off a win.

Clottey - coming off a (close) loss to Cotto.

Plasterito - coming off a win.

So what on earth are you talking about? How exactly is the average Pacquiao opponent coming off a loss?

    Utter nonsense.

It's not worth saying "coming off a loss" when only 1 recent opponent was coming off a loss, Clottey, a fight most people thought was very close.

    And shitty form?

    That's utter fucking bollocks too.

Though I think Cotto won, some people actually thought Clottey won that fight.

Hatton? The guy actually got an impressive win just before Pacquiao, a stoppage of Paulie, something Cotto couldn't do. Hatton looked shit against Lazcano, but surprisingly decent against Paulie.

There was nothing wrong with Marquez's form before the Pacquiao rematch, and Pacquiao was viewed as the pawn in the Oscar fight, most people thought it was a stupid fight and mismatch in favour of Oscar, purely down to size.

    Stop talking shit.

I already try this 2-3 thread/post ago....Mayweather excuse makers have no shame....

if Cotto or Margarito were such EASY opponents broken/shattered fighter why didn't Mayweather used one of them as his TUNE-up come back fight...why he had to dig all the way down to 135 and fight Marquez...what the FUCK was he going to prove beating a 135lb Marquez at 147???
