I think ryan will run Mccoy into the dirt in 2 seasons

HIGHLY doubt Jacksonville would drop down 17 spots for a running back making 12 mil. Mariota won't be available at 10

You've Clearly Bought Into the OVERBLOWN "Devalued" RB Talk, Permeating the NFL...It's the Current NFL Catchphrase that's Already Grown TIRESOME...@ the Same Time, You're Ignoring the FACT that a Handful of RB's are ABOVE Being "Devalued"...LeSean McCoy is IN that Class...

A "Down" Year for McCoy is 1300yds & 5 TD's...@ his Best, Dude is Capable of More than 1600yds, Over 15 TD's and an Average of 5yds PER Carry...He's also DURABLE as Hell...

If You Look @ McCoy's Contract, 2015 is the Year that Impacts the Cap the Most...But It Goes Down as Much as 5 Mil in 2016 & Slightly Less than That in 2017...So Why WOULDN'T Jacksonville Absorb a Year 1 Hit for a PROVEN RB Who will Only Be 27 When the Season Starts???...Why WOULDN'T Jacksonville Want a Guy that's BETTER than Any RB they Could Draft this Year???...

Having the 10th Pick is a Helluva LOT CLOSER to Mariota than the 20th Spot...& Again, Philly's Now TRADED the 1 Guy they Had, that Could Drastically Improve their Draft Position...If Kelly Wants Mariota, Fine...But How Does Sending McCoy to Buffalo IMPROVE the Likelihood of that Happening???...

    It Doesn't....

i saw a stat where mcCoy and forte have 1566 touches each since mcCoy entered the league. thats a lot. and mcCoy is a smaller back. he makes the 12 mill this year and he will most certainly want a new deal if he has decent or better production in 2015.

jacksonville would be silly to drop that far down in the draft for a RB. they could sign your guy murray (who though not nearly as good has a lot less wear/tear) for probably 2/3 of what mcCoys getting and keep the #3 pick.

Speculation @ Best, on your Behalf...

As for Murray, he's Already Made it Clear he'll Give "America's Team", YOUR Dallas Cowboys, the Right to MATCH Any Offer...The Boy's are Fine Paying Murray about 8mil, but they Don't Want to Go into Double Digits...So to Acquire Murray, Jacksonville or Anybody Else Will have to Break the Bank....

@ the End of the Day, REED Thinks a Team is Better Off Paying Shady McCoy 12mil, than Paying DeMarco Murray 10...

neil thinks jacksonville is better off keeping the #3 pick and drafting whoever they deem the best available player. if the eagles want to move up to that spot they need to pony up with draft picks like washington did to STL for Griffin III. you think the eagles didnt shop mcCoy around and just jumped at this deal with buffalo without looking for better value? there has already been plenty of talk about mcCoy wanting a new deal, speculation from these alleged insiders, not me.

bears gave marshall away to the jets

this guy must really be an asshole in the locker room for another team to give up his immense production.

    Yep, Another Head scratcher...

GONE are the Days Where GM"s are PATIENT with their Squads...Instead of DEVELOPING a QB, Teams will Draft QB's in Consecutive Years...With Such a Short Ass Leash, the Likes of Troy Aikman, Terry Bradshaw and Peyton Manning Might Not have EVER Reached their Potential...

On that Note, Tapping Out on Marshall, Because of his Cap Number and Sub par Year by the Bears, is Ridiculous...

Marshall gone from the NFC North...Suh potentially on his way out, Cutler remains the starter...

All fine by me. Green Bay needs to get their heads right and lock up Cobb.

It was a good move by the Jets getting Marshall for only a 5th round pick, but Marshall's days of being one of the elite receivers in football are over. He is still very good, but his best days are past him.

they got rid of marshall because he is disliked by team mates. that is what all the articles Ive read had been saying since the off season began. he is a cancer in the locker room allegedly. I dont think he is declining to be honest. he was just hurt all season and his cap number is pretty reasonable for a guy who is a top 10 receiver in the league

if the bears deal cutler then suh may not necessarily be out of the division. they'd be 50+ under the cap and could easily sign him. I was hoping the bears would keep marshall. Interesting stat though, the guy has 200 more receptions than any receiver EVER who never made the postseason.

Seahawks signed Marshawn Lynch to a three-year, $31 million contract extension.

Lynch will make $12 million this year, including a $7.5M signing bonus. He'll have salaries of $9 million and $7 million in 2016-17 if he doesn't retire. Lynch was scheduled to make $7 million. Seattle will give him a $5M raise for 2015.

Frank Gore has Been Slightly Above AVERAGE @ Best, the Last Couple Seasons...Harbaugh was Loyal to a FAULT to Gore, this Past Year, which IMPEDED Carlos Hyde's Contribution...Hyde's Bigger, Faster, Younger and FRESHER..

REED Doesn't Think Hyde Will Have Much Problem Equaling or OUTPERFORMING Frank Gore's Work, the Last Few Years...

good riddance to suh from out of the NFC North. :bears: miami has a fierce pass rush now.

it seems kelly is hoping to be successful on offense with his scheme more so than talent. letting maclin walk to KC, after trading jackson and mcCoy

    How So???....

Do YOU Think Riley Cooper is BETTER than DeSean Jackson or Jeremy Maclin???...Do YOU Know the Climate of the City of Philadelphia BETTER than Steven A. Smiff Does???...

    If So, Please Elaborate...

What Smith is essentially saying, in a cowardly, roundabout way, is that Chip Kelly is a racist because Jackson, Maclin and McCoy are gone, while Cooper remains. As if Kelly wanted the black players gone but kept Cooper because he is white. Of course, this ignores the fact that Kelly has brought in new black players and is likely shopping Nick Foles, a white player.

Smith just showing his ass again, trying to cry racism when there is clearly none there.

Well, he certainly called Kelly racist without calling him racist. He should be suspended and forced to apologize to both Kelly and the Eagles organization.
