I see Curry beating Shane to the punch despite Shane being faster handed. Shane had a tendency to wing and loop punches, and Curry had those terrific short, crisp punches. Curry survives some tough moments and lands some hard shots to make Shane more leery, and Curry takes a decision.
Curry with his height and reach, long jab, and his own speed would cause Mosley a lot of problems. Mosley would get in his shots but I think for the most part, he's kept at bay and Curry hurts him enough times to make him content to go the distance. Curry via UD.
Curry should win as he's a much better boxer than Shane but, again, Curry was fragile. Shane has limited skill but the fucker was tough and aggressive. I think that after trailing badly on points Shane catches him late and stops him.
Finally someone gets it. Shane was fast handed but, as you said, he had the tendency to wing and loop punches. I'll add that Shane's timing didn't match his hand speed. A short crisp puncher like curry would invariably beat him to the punch.
