Only criteria being it must be a fight that went the distance... so Mayweather-Corrales and Hopkins-Trinidad are out. It also must be a clinic given to a quality fighter, not some shutout over a bum.

One of Roy's more underapperciated performances.

 

I would. Never scored it, but I feel like Will won 10-11 of 15 rounds. Palomino did hold his own, but for the most part, he was schooled. It was a beautiful exhibition.

 

It was a pretty dull fight, but Lara put on a boxing clinic against Austin Trout.

 

The second half of Benitez/Palomino was pretty one sided

 

Speaking of Winky Wright... I thought the clinic he put on in the first Mosley fight was more impressive than the Tito fight.

 

Yeah, that was my recollection as well. Probably about been about 6-7 years since I've watched it, but I remember Will really pulling away down the stretch.

The Duran fight was Benitez's apex performance though. Duran wasn't out of shape... it was probably the same version of Duran that thrashed Moore and Cuevas. He simply had ZERO answers for Benitez that night. Flawless performance by Will.

 

Hated both of them, but Ward-Froch was a nice clinic.

 

Starling vs Simon Brown. I know Cdogg will love that one.

 

What was interesting about that one is that Starling forced Brown to retreat and give ground

 

Damn, mad I forgot one of the truly best all time clinics.... Duran-Palomino.

Palomino was really good and Duran made that shit look easy

 

Duran was 67-1 going into that fight. Goddamn inconsistent brawler...

 

He had yet to hit his prime which was 5 years later when he faced Kirkland Laing

 

Cotto-Martinez was also very impressive. Sure it probably had a lot to do with Martinez age and knee, but cotto simply mowed him down

It was an 8-4 fight. I wouldn't call it a clinic although Ward was clearly the better and I grew to like him
