I've got Nap for both, but yeah I dont argue with anyone who has Ruben ahead in greatness. Olivares has an argument as the bantamweight GOAT, but it shouldn't be held against Napoles that he doesn't have an argument as the GOAT in his division when the top guys in his division are two dudes named Robinson and Leonard.
Hard one to decide, although I've always been more impressed with Napoles personally. Olivares is arguably the best BW while Napoles is one of the best WW. Achievement wise I think Olivares has a case as being greater while H2H Napoles was better.
