    X Men set the precedent for the modern superhero movie craze being the first one to have good acting, great action, good plot and as importantly great special effects when it came to special superhero abilities ( telekinesis and energy projection and shit) MCU was inspired by that.

    As for Blade....that just had swords and vampires and fangs and shit...it was magneto, cyclops and storm that inspired the need and the realization of success for characters like iron man, Thor and shit.

    not sure you are understanding what I'm saying for some odd reason. Do yourself a favor and educate yourself on blade and why it started the super hero genre. Goggle "how blade started the comic book movie genre". Read about how Fox was inspired by Amen-Ra (snipes production company) and New Line cinema because of blade's success. To not only make so much money as a comic book movie but a black comic book movie? That was the green light right there. And to call blade Just swords and shit is bullshit. Those fighting scenes and shooting scenes were directly ripped off by the matrix genre and other comic book movies featuring one guy vs multiple attackers using CGI to the best of their capability.

    Yup. But unlike Luke Cage it isn't dealing with inner city gangsters and drug dealers it's portraying dignified African cultured blacks. First time ever done in film or TV in a non comedic film.

    He used a lot of CGI too. But that wasnt his fault. Blame the directors and the studios who didnt know how to shoot Martial Arts Action movies.

    Wakanda's technology was derived from an ancient meteor...which might have contained the soul stone. 'Black Panther' is the last MCU film before 'Infinity War' so it is more than likely that this last stone is there.
