Deadpool slays records with $135 million debut!

I went with a girl that wanted to watch it. And I don't regret seeing it, it was a solid one time watch.

I saw it today and found it enjoyable but felt that the profanity, nudity and sexual innuendo was over the top, unnecessary and didn't enhance the narrative in anyway.

I gave it 6.5/10 and I find that knowledgable and objective people think the same.

 

I have since re-watched Deadpool on the big screen and it didn't really appeal then either.
The whole movie gets bogged down with so many dick-jokes, jerking-off jokes, etc, and for the most part, what the main character is up to is less important than these jokes he makes along the way - that's what the movie is as you pointed out a few weeks ago: the movie is one big joke.

Basically, if you like Van Wilder, you'll LOVE Deadpool. opcorn:

I bet the one moment that tipped you over the edge in this movie was when Wade Wilson is taking up the ass from Vanessa wearing a strap-on.
