    Prime for prime.

I like Quartey here. His jab and right hand do the damage and I can see him taking Spence late or winning a clear decision.

The 94-96 Quartey stops Spence late.

Would be a competitive war. Pre car crash spence vs pre inactive quartey

Even before the Crawford fight I would have picked Quartey over Spence. Good fight but Ike takes it.

I overrated prime Spence. I don't have shame in admitting that.

I rewatched the Brook fight going into the Crawford fight, and was alarmed watching it with fresh eyes how well Brook did. Even that best version of Spence loses to Ike imo.

I had Brook in a healthy lead at the halfway stage of that one.

Brook’s stamina and fragility really let him down against Errol.

Ike didn't have the world's greatest stamina either, but he had better stamina than Brook. Spence would soaking up so much punishment early and mid that I think he'd be too damaged for his edge in stamina to play a factor.

Spence Doesn't Seem SPECIAL Enough Athletically Nor In Terms of Power to Actually BEAT Ike Quartey, Both @ their BEST....

Maybe not, but Ike also doesn't possess the specialness of somebody like TC. This would be a great fight i think could go either way.

I think the problem Spence has here is that even though Quartey doesn’t have Crawford’s blinding quick counters, his superior strength and jab would prevent Spence from fighting how he likes which is on the front foot and working with both hands upstairs and downstairs. And I see Quartey’s right hand really finding a home here.

Stylistically, it’s not a good fight for Errol.
