Eubank has crazy potential. I expect him to have a better career than his father

I don't know if you saw the aftermatch. It seemed like a hasty stoppage after a knockdown, but Yildirim was out of it well over a minute. The ref made a correct call

Yeah I thought it was early as well but Yildirim didn't complain at all, dude was more fucked than he looked.

It looked too hasty but afterwards you can see that the Turk is still out if it as he is led back to his corner. A good stoppage, even if accidentally so.

I don't think it was accidental, the ref just saw it better than TV spectators.

He was out of it when the left landed.

Junior wins me over, not for his personality, but for the way he fights. I really like his aggression and workrrate.

I dunno what people were expecting out of him. He isn't nearly as talented as his dad was.

Junior has actually done well for himself, career wise.

When a 1:41 highlight reel is 10 seconds of you throwing telegraphed shots and 1 minute of blank screen.

The guy sucks and will be battered once he steps it up.

    If he steps it up.

    Which he won't.

    Cos he's shite.

He's got his fathers worst aspects, he's a bit faster with the shoeshine stuff, and he probably has as good a chin.

But he lost to old Groves. He lost to Blow Job Saunders.

He's a scrub. Like you said, he's fooled others, but he's a fucking mook.

His old man was a lot more athletic and fluid, and had way better reflexes. Far bigger puncher too. That's independent of Senior being better schooled.

Problem with jr, is that he can't deal with angles. If you stay in front of him, he's great, but top boxers rarely do so

Which is why Blow Job Saunders schooled him, and why Canelo and GGG would fucking ice him, or would have in GGG's case as he is now basically retired and a bit shot.

But yeah, 2 years ago when he was chatting shit, they'd have put him on ice, pronto.

    Canelo today would murder him.

We might be a bit too harsh toward him. The saunders fight was very close, the groves fight was competitive, and he had a few decent wins lately. Only 32 yo also. I no longer expect great thing from him, but he's not a complete flop
