Marquez vs. Linares is a good fight to happen.

Marquez is a true warrior, and has taken on some of the best fighters around his weightclass over the last few years. He deserves a big pay-day.

 

Karl should have done the interview so he could have questioned his cowardice.

 

Let Linares beat somebody first before he lands a fight with Marquez.

Either way marquez destroys this kid.

 

I don't know, Linares is still young and a bit untested but he would have a huge size advantage in the fight. Given that size advantage, I think Linares' skill level is such that he'd be able to have a lot of success early...the question for me is if would he could sustain his effort over the second half of the fight, when Vazquez tend to come on strong.

It's pure speculation, but I'd favor Linares against Vasquez at featherweight.

I like Linares' next fight against Gamaliel Diaz, that should tell a lot about him as a fighter.

 

The thing is linares is the best of the new crop at 126 since all the big names left for 130

I think Linares would beat the shit ouf of Luevano also.

But Marquez and VAzquez although they would be moving up to face Linares they are the complete package in skill and power. not to mention both are fucking relentless.

I have only seen Linares once - agains Larios who was basically a shot fighter already.

Props to Linares for beating him but it doesn't say much in comparison to future bigger fights.

Too bad that Linares fight is PPV. I would love to order it but I dont' think it's worth it.
