    Yes but by that same token there should be another asterisk explaining fully WHY he did not want to fight him. Floyd gets no slack from me, but I know that him and his people have good reason to believe Manny is cheating. Floyd might be too....but that's not the point.

    For me, waiting for Mosley and Cotto to get old and shopworn is a bigger asterisk than Pacquiao.

    The most shocking part about this whole thing is that people are still clamoring for this fight. I'm pretty sure Floyd was counting on the public growing tired/forgetting about the whole thing, but since boxing is basically a deserted ghost town to all but the most hardcore fans this remains the most sought battle as it has been for the last 6 years. I honestly don't know how the dude sleeps at night, the cowardly excuses he comes up with are unfathomable for this arena.
