This weight issue is the smoke screen Canelo needs to get out of fighting GGG.

    Mission accomplished.

You conveniently left out the man you said would beat the shit out of Canelo. Lara.

Canelo is the same age as Errol Spence Jr, fightbeat's new dream idol.

Now do you really want to compare their two careers for their age?

Boxrec.com has Canelo as #1 pound-for-pound, GGG #2 and, *gasp* Tyson Fury at #3!

If you think Cotto actually beat Canelo (which you seem to be implying) you need to learn how to score a fight. Or better yet just pick another sport to pretend you like.

That is because Boxrec foolishly attempts to apply Sabermetric ideals to a sport for which they are horribly unsuitable

Saying that the Lara fight was a robbery is ridiculous. It was an extremely close fight. Lara could have probably taken confortably if he fought with more intensity, but he didn't.

Boxing is scored by rounds, of which Lara won more than alvarez

+265 in American betting terms, does that mean for every $100 bet you could receive back $265?

That fight is not happening. Oscar & Canelo will talk a lot, but at the end of they day they will keep postponing it (with the WBC blessing nonetheless) to wait until GGG gets old or gets beaten.

Yeah I don't think this fight happens this year....as long as GGG still looks like a destroyer...and Canelo can make 154-156 on Friday's....the fight won't happen. Risk everything in a losing effort and make $20 million fighting GGG...or make 5-6 million per fight fighting easier challengers from 147 pounds...

As long as Canelo can make 154-156...he ain't fighting GGG at 160

it means for every 100 you bet you receive back zero, and lose your hundred. if you bet on alvarez

Kazakhstan isn't in Europe. it's more easterly than Iraq. so trump'd be watching an Asian and a Mexican go at it, which he'd enjoy even more no doubt.

Kazakhstan is formerly part of USSR. Doesn't matter where it lies geographically...it's bloody Europe!
