i got some 1.43 on betfair which means for every 100, i win 43. great odds on betfair at the moment, I am snapping them up as we speak
For this fight those are very good odds. There is no chance Sultan can win. It's going to be Wlad v Bryd 2nd fight all over again.
Really? with Wlads speed and power, and Sultan having no power I think Wlad is going to run through him. I don't see any fear of getting hurt slowing Wlad at all.
It's not just the fear of slowing down. Klitschko is a bit of a perfectionist in the ring, he doesn't like to throw and not land. That's why he often takes his time before really opening up with the left hook and right hand. Ibragimov, as a smaller target, does have some advantages over bigger opponents in that regard, plus he tends to take some awkward angles (not always a good thing, his footwork can get bad and he can cross his feet), but he is crafty at setting some traps and he does have faster hands and more power than you'd expect from looking at him. Eventually, I think Klitschko gets it going, but I don't see a steamrolling like the Austin fight or a completely one-sided fight like the Byrd/Brewster rematches.
don't believe him... betfair didn't match 5 figures on these odds... Attention whore as usual... I don't even think he has 5 figures to buy a car let alone doing a boxing bet...
Yes and i probabably made more with my Barashian pick tonight than you will do with Klitschko or anything else this month or next month... ::
keep dreaming son. by the way, wlad is still good value over there at 1.35 at the moment... get on people
yes i just won a 5 figure bet on him not backing up his claim and even logging out... was just 1.1 (-1000) though...
That's irrelevant, they are both punchers, Bragimov is not, and thus he has no realistic chance of winning this fight.
My best friend works for William Hill, and he says all of the money today has been for Ibragimov. They've moved him in from 7-1 to 4-1 :eeeek: Honestly, I'd never back Wlad with hard earned cash. He's too chinny to risk. Don't get me wrong, he SHOULD win tonight, but if he gets clipped... Good luck ATTRACTION
I think that's an overstatement. Ibragimov has some power. He has been trying to box more in recent fights. It's an emphasis of Mayweather.
I don't know what you guys are on about, Tam, MTF etc. YES Wlad is chinny, no doubt about it, it's one of his 2 real flaws. Chin and stamina. But that only matters if he's up against a puncher. Tonight he is not up against a puncher. He's up against a smaller, less experienced, inferior fighter, who more importantly - can't really punch.
Don't get me wrong- I EXPECT Wlad to win tonight- he should be far too good for Sultan. But I wouldn't bet a five figure sum on him. Too much risk. Be honest, he was a long odds on favourite to smash Purrity, Sanders et all, was he not?
