Bigger, stronger, better & meaner, these are the facets of this bout which will tellat some point --- I'm guessing they start to do so perceptibly by about the sixth, where the fight is taken out of Graziano's hands. By the tenth, the fight is out of Graziano's heart, too. LaMotta would just have been too bruising for him at close-quarters in my book.

Of course..soon we're going to hear about how Graziano had great defense which was overlooked...just like I now understand that Jake lamotta was a defensive genius in the league of a whitaker.

Anyway..Graziano was a Kentucky fried bum relative to other Middleweight champs. Even Lamotta would beat him handily..

Lamotta by a country mile, much better fighter. Graziano had two things: great right hand and a lot of guts... what he lacked was the ability to take punches back, any real skills whatsoever and any semblance of a plan B

LaMotta by either wickedly one-sided decision or late stoppage, pushing Graziano aroudn the ring as he pleases
