    Ray likely to come in around 160, tops. Joe not allowed higher than 168.

    The limit, Hut, is on the scales, pre-fight, not same-day. I put it in to not allow Joe to come in higher than 168 on the scales, as opposed to forcing him be 168 while the ref gives his instructions.
