REED Finally Got Around to Seeing "Batman vs. Superman" and LIKED it More than he Expected (Especially on the 2nd Viewing)...

Looking Forward to Justice League, PARTICULARLY the Way Aqua Man's Under Water Scenes Translate to Screen...The Cameo in "Batman vs Superman" was VERY Intriguing...

Wonder Woman was very good until the battle with Hades, IMO. I thought that final battle was ridiculous.

agREED it was also anticlimatic, but still a very entertaining film. BTW it crossed the $400 million mark at the domestic box office.

Took a Minute for REED to Warm up to Affleck as Batman, but Aside from That, it was Cool...

Unlike Most, REED Rates Flicks PURELY on a Self Enjoyment Level...You Either LIKE the Shit or You Don't...

    REED Liked "Batman vs. Superman"...

I thought it wasn't as bad as critics reviews were depicting it, but I could watch that turkey only once (the only worthy repeats viewing are the Wonder Woman in action scenes...she saved that film from total lameness like...Martha...).

Hmm...I am still not hyped about this film. I must admit I had ZERO desire to watch it before I watched the Wonder Woman movie. Now I might watch it only because I want to see WW in action again. The fact that Snyder has left the project (and the whole DCEU for that matter) and that Joss Whedon is revamping a lot of stuff gives me some hope. Who knows? This might be like Rogue One where practically everything you saw in the trailer might no be seen in the version that will released on November.

I don't have high expectations for this film. I'll watch it but not hyped at the moment.

Affleck may possibly be the best Batman yet.

At 6' 4" Affleck is also the tallest Batman. Keaton was the shortest at 5' 9".

No Chance in Hell of That...

Bale Portrayed the TRUEST Version of the Comic Strip Batman we've Seen On-Screen, Thus Faaaar...Affleck's a Good "PAST-PRIME-About to Give Up Crime Fighting" Batman, but that's about It...

Wonder Woman was a very good movie, up untill the end scene. The end scene ruined a lot of the movie.

Excited for this movie. Flash is my favorite character but I'm not sold on the actor yet.

People act as if Batman is such a complex and difficult character. Affleck was okay which was more than I expected.

    Agreed.
Instead of logically sticking with Grant Gustin from the entire TV series who has made Barry Allen/The Flash his own fucking character, Hollywood have done a usual box-ticking excerise in diversity and cast the utterly camp and homosexual Ezra Miler instead.

    Shit but typical move.

Typical DC. They are planning a Joker origin movie without Jared Leto. Go figure.

The part where she says 'I believe in LOVE!' made me cringe my teeth. At least she didn't finished the sentence...Love trumps hate...

Yep, I was very disappointed that he wasn't cast. He could easily pull off the big screen stuff. They should use the TV series Green Arrow eventually too. I think he's great.

This thing looks damned good. Typical DC though...spoiling the entire film through trailers and TV spots

Early reviews are a mixed bag right now which is a far cry from almost universal buzz Wonder Woman was receiving. The most common opinions are: the team members interactions are great, Flash is the most fun character and the CGI villain sucks and fails to create any sense of doom. Too much cgi and less plot is also mentioned as a negative.

Exactly what I said to the wife last Saturday night after the trailer: "way too much going on; on-screen...looks like Transformers CGI-fest"
