In REED's Opinion, More TELLING Was Brook's LACK of Response when Spence Said "Don't Run, Stay In the Middle of the Ring, Don't Run!"...

Yeah, Brook just Might Have THE Least Intimidating VOICE in Boxing Historyo_O...

Even w/Tyson's High Pitched Lisp, When He Talked About Being in the "Hurt Business", Being Challenged by their "Somewhat Primitive Skills", Matter-of-Factly Promising to Make Razor Ruddock his "Girlfriend", or Threatening to Eat Lennox Lewis' "Heart" and "Children", it RESONATED...You FELT for the Guy Who Provoked Such a Response from Mike...

REED Watched MOST of Kell Brook's Meaningful Fights, Leading Up the May 27th, and Dude is LEGIT...But When he Speaks, it Actually DIMINISHES Any BadAssery he Possesses...

REED Started to Ask How "Our Jeff's" Voice Sounded, but it's NOT Like the Shit Even Matters...

Dude Could Sound Like Darth Vader or Bane, Yet Pacquiao Would STILL Get Kneeeeee Deeeeeeeeeeeeeep in 'dat Ass...

Pacquioa wont need to arrive early to acclimatize due to the similar time zone in the Philipines, which is a real pity because I was looking forward to all of his prohibited substances being held up in customs,...:emoji_deer:

What the hell did he do? Fall off his bike? Can only imagine he'll not be matched against anyone noteworthy on his return.

The Point Is, With Half a Year Remaining, Thurman WONT Be Back in the Ring Until 2018, at Which Point He'll Need a Tune-Up...

Then, He'll Have to Get Around to Mandatory Defenses, Before Gettimg Around to Full Unification...

Question Is, How Does a Guy with NO Fight on the Horizon, INJURE Himself in Such Fashion???

Rumor is, he woke up one night in a cold sweat, as he had a nightmare he was in the ring with Spence.

He jumped out of bed, and slipped in a pool of own piss and injured his leg.

Thurman is trying to protect that 0.

He'll stall the fight with Spence until Errol starts to have major problems making the weight.

Spence seems to be the forum baby of the moment. I think it'll be a funeral around here if Brook beats Spence.

I expect Spence to win by the way, but Brook is live.

To be fair to Thurman, he did take on Garcia and beat him, so although his resume isn't loaded, at least he took on a fellow undefeated top welter and beat him.

He's a definate live "underdog" and I put the " " because many do not see him as the underdog and those people picking Brook to win do not believe that the GGG fight has taken much, or really anything, out of him. Part of the reason why I'm picking Spence to win though is because I feel that the Golovkin fight has taken something out of him and I question if he is really up for this particular challenge. I'm certainly not writing him off but I do have my doubts that he's the same fighter he was prior to facing Triple G.

And if Brook was to win, without controversy, I don't think anyone would be really that upset. Yes, Spence is highly rated and liked on here, but Brook would be given heaps of credit for the win. And of course, we'll have a number on here who will grill Spence as being a hype job.

why the hell would the GGG fight take anything out of Brook, He barely took any puches, and it was an early stoppage by his corner. Sure, he got a little orbital bone fracture, but unless Brook swell real easily against Spence, the GGG fight is irrelvant to the outcome

I thought Brook gave a great account of himself vs GGG but I think he won't be as durable and won't have the same reactions as before. The jump up in weight and coming back down is a major concern, IMO. I could be very wrong but that's how I feel.

the weight cutting might have an effect, but ket's not pretend that Brook took a whooping against GGG. Most felt it was a terribly early stoppage, and changed their mind cause of the fracture. Which, contrarly to what an idiot like Neil think, isn't that much of a deal in most cases

I think the key thing for me is that Brook isn't very good fighting inside, where as Spence has shown himself to be very comfortable at close quarters thus far. If Spence forces his type of fight on Brook, which I think he will, it's just going to take too much of a toll, those body shots look brutal. Don't get me wrong though, Kell Brook is a good fighter and I rate him, he's certainly live and it's a big test for Spence.

you do know that there can be a hell of a difference between one fracture and another? Brook injury was without a doubt a lot less severe than Margarito one

jesus of mongrel, M.D. strikes again. he is privy to the severity of these injuries. its great when some canucklehead mongoloid can assess a broken eye socket that requires surgery as something that "isnt much of a deal"
