Ioka IMO. He's a better out-boxer and would counter Tokuyama's 1-2. I think in a long range boxing match, Ioka establishes his jab more due to making Tokuyama doubt himself. I can also see him marching forward in spurts and setting up some nasty body shots. Japanese judges would like that. I'd rate Estrada, Rungvisai, Chocolatito and Ioka as better than Tokuyama. Cuadras vs Masa would be good. Tokuyama wins that one IMO.
I'm not sure about Estrada beating Tokuyama. Masa did have an esthetically pleasing style, but he was skilled and strangely effective. I'd give him at least even odds with all these guys.
