More than any other heavyweight, Frank Bruno is responsible for the "Horizontal" jibe that was leveled at big Brits for the best part of 20 odd years. I always laugh when I read American scribes BS about how Golota kept getting title fights because of the colour of his skin. Bruno must have gotten them for some other reason. ::

 

I was about to say the exact same thing. As you said, his balance is very good, I see no excessive leaning forwards at all.

He doesn't lean in though. He fights tall, a bit like the Klits.

 

He has his feet close together and behind him, if you know what I mean. Not splayed and planted to the side.

Just on occasion, mind.

 

Fucking hell he's ginormous.

 

Froch, judging by his face and neck, is as thin as he could be. But the difference is huge nonetheless.
