Pacman vs Bernard Hopkins. Who wins?

What if this fight happens this year? Who wins? Both have destroyed Delahoya. No catchweight is involved. Who wins and why? I can see Pacman giving Hops some trouble with his darting in and out style. It won't be enough though. Hopkins knocks Pacman out in the 11th.
