Thing about Jackson that stands out to me is, his power was so outstanding that his boxing ability often gets overlooked. Fact is, the guy was a pretty good boxer.

Who do you think wins between Jackson and PBF? At 154? Keeping in mind that PBF just barely beat a fairly used up ODH at 154?

If Jackson was a pretty good boxer then Herold Graham was the greatest boxer of all time.

Anyway keeping in mind that PBF only barely squeezed past a shot De La Hoya at 154lbs and Jackson was a pretty good boxer as well as having ludicrous power, not to mention the natural size advantage for Jackson (which was missed by double) as well as the fact that Floyd doesn't like jabs, guys with big right hands and wide-nosed black men from the Caribbean, I have to pick Julian by pretty easy early round KO.

I'm pretty sure Jackson knocked the shit out of Graham with a right hand. How do you figure Graham was the greatest boxer of all time?

Your version of reality is problematic for those of us concerned with facts.

    So you pick Jackson then?

Yeah but prior to that hail mary shot, Jackson was winning every second of every round and seemed to be on the verge of stopping Jackson. Did you see the entire fight or just the KO highlight? :giggle:

If Jackson caught Floyd with the right he caught Herol with I'd start levitating like Dick Van dyke in Mary Poppins

I only want Floyd to get splattered for his own growth as a person though. It's all from love.

Did you know that Jackson had retina problems going into that fight? He was hit by a line drive right in the eye. It knocked him out, and he had only partial vision in his one eye, screwing up his depth perception. He was missing punches by almost a foot in some cases. He would have perhaps boxed a lot better with two good eyes, but many fighters fight injured and Jackson was no different.

Jackson could be a minute out of retinal surgery and Floyd still wouldn't fight him.

I saw the whole fight and nothing graham did prevented him from being knocked out just like so many other jackson victims. The fact hr was able to have an advantage prior to that:

    1. Doesnt mean jackson cant box
    2. Doesnt mean graham is a better boxer
