Match 9 on Showtime Regis Prograis and Victor Pistol will get it on for a vacant 140 belt.

This is a good match up and yet another example of Showtime continuing to destroy the boxing wasteland that is HBO.

I'm picking Prograis... he's pretty talented.

I never saw Prograis, but if he has elite potential, he should get past Postol, who's solid but not more

"Elite" potential I dunno. Prograis is already 29, so probably at or near his peak. He ain't Crawford or Spence type talented... thats what I'd consider "elite".

I'd pick Prograis over Broner though. And I'd pick him over Lipinets, which means he'd represent more of a danger to Garcia than Lipinets will.

One thing Prograis DOES have in common with Spence is the mean streak. He ain't fuckin around in there... he has bad intentions.

I think it's possible he could stop Postol. Postol's chin is mediocre and Prograis does have power.

Damn good replacement. Ironic that if this matchup happened pre-Crawford, Indongo would probably be favored. Now Prograis will be a clear favorite.

It's still by far the biggest test of Prograis' career, and I have my doubts that he'll blow Indongo away like TC did.

However, Indongo appears very fragile, so I think Prograis will stop him eventually. But interesting to see.
