    Vic Darc/Donaire
    De Leon/Caballero
    ODH/Hopkins
    De Leon/Juanma
    Mosley/Cotto
    Cotto/Marge (thus far)
    Marge/Williams
    Vargas/Tito
    ODH/Tito
    Tszyu/Hatton

Which of these are political? Which are an indiication that one fighter has bested the other definitively?

DLH-Hopkins...is that to deflect from criticism from the ones he really neglected to pursue?

Although I can predict the response...and when you get some decisions like he got I guess you don't have to "avenge" "wins".

    1. The Fact that Ponce is Now "Calling Out" Bautista or Whomever Else is Kindy SHITTY, Considering how Juanma MANHANDLED him...

    2. It's Waaaaaaaay Tooooooooo EARLY to Include Cotto-Margarita...The Fight ISN'T Even a Month Old Yet, Dog...Did U Expect Cotto to have Already SIGNED a Contract by this Point or Something???:dunno:...

    3. Considering how GUNG-HO Margarita was N Fulfilling his MANDATORY Defense Against Williams (Instead of Initially Fighting Cotto when it was OFFERED) it's Kinda Funny how he's NOT as Gund-Ho to AVENGE the Loss...& PROPS to YOU, Being a Margarita Lover that Actually ACKNOWLEDGES Paul Williams...

    4. REED Seems to Recall Ferocious Being OPEN to Immediate RE's w/Tito AND DeLa...

    5. Don't Forget that Kostya Also REFUSED to even CONSIDER a RE w/Vince Phillips...Even N Australia...

De La Hoya-Hopkins? Nothing wrong with Oscar not trying to avenge that loss. He should have, however, given rematches to Ike and Pea, rematched Trinidad, and a rematch with Mosley would've been nice if it had happened sooner than when it happened.

If Vargas had been given the chance to avenge his losses against Trinidad and De La Hoya, I think he would've taken it.

To Roy's Credit, he DID Say he Wanted to Fight Glencoffe Johnson if the Calzaghe Bout DIDN'T Materialize...

    & this was AFTER Glencoffe-Dawson...

Arum and DLH were already dismissing it at the post-fight presser.

After all, it wasn't even a close fight on the scorecards.

The scorecards were bullshit but Oscar did win. I think stinkers like Pea should not be rewarded. There was one round when Pea literally sprinted away from Oscar. Good for Oscar. Frankly, if you fight in such an unmasculine fashion like Pea, you don't deserve a rematch.

I have never heard more bullshit spewed by writers over a bigger pile of shit. Pea: a runner, a holder, a fouler. A piece of shit in and out of the ring and I will laugh when he gets caught at a truck stop with an ounce in one hand and a truck driver given it to him in place of pay.

oscar has been in a plenty of stinkers himself. not the most exciting guy to watch unless he's in against an offensive guy who either cuts easily or has a dentable chin.

arum knew it wasn't fiscally sound to have delahoya look inept for another 12 rounds against an aging whitaker (who had looked like shit just one fight prior and all subsequent fights)

that made it all the more hilarious to see those two crying like some distraught bitches at the press conference for the mosley fight at staples.

then again whitaker allegedly lacked masculinity, maybe he shouldve nutted it up and fought as courageously as delahoya did vs trinidad.

Beating the shit out of somebody for 10 rnds and taking the last two off are alot different than running around making faces because your high for 12.

Oh, yeah, DLH didn't rematch Pea, good thing, because the piece of shit would have been hopped up on coke again. It can be hard to hit a coke head.

Did Pea win his next fight after DLH? What happened?

Are you one of those Pea fans who believes he never lost a fight? Pea kicked Tito's ass huh?

Oscar is not the most exciting fighter ever. Pea was fucking hard on the eyes. What is worse is hearing how great his defense was. All he did was run, hold and then hit the guy in the nuts, or thigh while Hbo and all the writers cried in unison how he stood in front of people and made them miss, lol. When? He would backpeddle, do a wack dance and make a goofy crackhead face. O

Oscar was 1000000000000000000000000000000 times more exciting than Pea.

The only guy who Pea might beat out in terms of excitement is Cory Spinks and that is a big maybe.

 so now delahoya beat the shit out of trinidad for 10 rounds? an example of beating the shit out of someone is what kermit washington did to your favorite hoop coach.

whitaker did win his next fight, but he looked like complete shit vs a soviet scrub and then failed the piss test. then again he looked like complete shit vs a chinless j.welter just one fight prior to making delahoya look incompetant for 36 minutes. hardly vintage whitaker.

    Stupid argument.

Oscar has been in a few so-so fights. Whitaker in alot more.

Whitaker made De La Hoya look bad. Very true. I hardly think its anything to be proud of however, when you're claim to fame in said fight is making someone look bad. Thats not really what pro boxing should be about. When you make your money off of making others look bad, you're not nearly as good as someone who wins with his own will, not the lack of will from another.

You and I are in full agreement about this. I am dead against negative styles. I think judges should be trained and punish negative fighters even if it means changing the rules.

I too am a hater of stink fighters - guys who don't have the defense to live in the ring without hanging all over their opponents every 5 seconds. These kind of fighters drive me nuts and it makes boxing, normally the most exciting sport in the world to watch, absolutely tedious.

Take the Latin Snake. Mora. Here he is on public Television, exposed to an audience that wouldn't normally watch boxing but might become fans, if shown a compelling fight, and what does Mora do? Because his skills are so rudimentary he holds Manfredo 2:45 out of 3:00 of every round and by and large, stinks out the joint, making the final match-up a horrible and tedious affair.

Let's see him try that shit on ODH. Uppercuts to the belly is what ODH will need, and maybe we can be rid of this stinker Mora.

Does it still upset you that Mora had Forrest looking lost, and retaded at the end of 12 rounds like one of his kids?

And Mora would beat De La Payaso at this point. Which is why Oscar is gunning desperately trying to fight one of the extras from Tropic Thunder.
