OK. I'll give the opinion of a cheat the weight it deserves. None whatsoever. The fact that this guy is being used as 'testimony' of Manny's guilt is disgraceful.

Yeah Buddy, I did. I don't know what happened to him. I only vaguely remember the name...

    You're not getting the point.

What there's nothing standard about is saying "hey you'll give 10 millions for every pound overweight". That was just something Manny came up with but Floyd said yes, so it all went away. Same thing with the random testing Mayweather's camp is asking.

Roy wouldn't take the extra tests? Does he even have to worry about testing at this point?

If I was fighting Roy I would insist that he submitted to random brain scans. Could you believe its been 6 years since he was 1st brutally stopped and this idiot is still fighting and doing interviews with boxingtalk?

    Actually, you're missing the point
    Your comparing apples & oranges.

    Re-read my post.
It was pretty clear I thought.

You are pointing out that Pacman said to PBF that if he failed to comply with STANDARD procedure, he would incur a fine.
PBF said fine. Presumably, he was confident that he would be able to adhere to standard procedure.

Then PBF proceeded to to add an unprecedented (not included in the rules, NOT as per standard procedure) stipulation or he would'n't fight.

The funny part about this forum (and I post on a few), is that it's very easy to discern the idiots from the intelligent posters. There really isn't a middle ground here.
