Good matchup! Both these guys rarely get any mention, however both were good, though not great lightweights. If you match both of them on thier best nights, O'Grady from the Kenty fight vs Haugen from the Paz rematch, then you have one helluva matchup! Pretty much a pick em, but I lean slightly towards O'Grady by decision... if he doesnt cut bad, and thats a BIG if.
I think O'Grady starts strong here especially with an aggressive body attack, but Haugen was clever, crafty and dirty and he WOULD cut O'Grady at some point, and I don't think O'Grady would be able to rattle him... I see Haugen taking most of the later rounds over a cut O'Grady pre-occupied with complaining to the ref and distracted by Haugen's smirking insolence... Haugen sharp shoots his way to a close decision win here, since he doesnt have the power to score the KO
