Most important thing to report is that visceral fat has shifted from 17.5 to 17.0.

That's the key factor.

So in three weeks the weights are

252.6- starting point
252.0- after 1 week
248.6-after 2 weeks
246.8- after 3 weeks

Just shy of 6lbs.

Here's the amazing thing ....I can already see changes in the colour of the flesh on my midsection and the way it sits. Arms look longer and back is tighter.....that's just 6lbs.

 

The standard of movies has def swandived badly these last ten years+ or so.... whiplash...once upon a time in hollywood.... the master. Not much else worth saving, really. Although the new top gun was pretty great says a lot when remakes of f'n top gun are the best thing going

 

Top Gun itself came out in 1986 with Platoon, and you won't find a starker contrast in terms of movie mentality.

What saved TG , if you look back, was the real and burgeoning Soviet threat of the period, the absence of CGI, the soundtrack, the fact that Kelly McGillis was not yet known as an obese lesbian, and that photogenic nature of a pre-mad Tom Cruise and a pre-obese Val Kilmer.

A great movie can go badly wrong for lots of reasons especially when it comes to being dated. Very few survive the cut.

Escape to Victory is probably the best football movie. Soundtrack, cast, plot, etc.

Then you've got that shite Duvall made up in Scotland.

 

Probably one of my top 5 moments in a fitbaw ground- i had no idea he was gonna be there then suddenly Michael Buffer is announcing the Celtic team in the cup final. Number 3.....Kieeeeeerran Tiiiieeeerney! Hampden murmuring in bemused apathy, me absolutely fucking beside myself. For the thousands in attendance.....and the millions watching.....around the world.

I'll endeavour to persevere. Best thing about it is the not feeling the need to eat....I don't feel im starving....I took Huts advice and ate some steak today. Granted it was only Uruguayan stuff from Iceland but hey, it's red meat.
