Michael Moorer & Roy Jones, at the Light-Heavy limit. Who do you fancy, gents? I'm edgy, but I'll take my chances with Moorer's power & brutality to overcome Jones' athleticism & experienced advantage at some point. Pretty easy to see it going either way, IMO. Moorer KO8 Jones.
Jones. Moorer had an awesome record at LHW, but whom was he fighting? It made Jones's opposition at 175 look like a Murderers Row. Up until the stoppage, Leslie Stewart was making Moorer look pretty ordinary. Moorer of course had big power and a solid jab, a good trainer in Steward, so I wouldn't totally rule out his chances. He's a live underdog, but Jones would be a HUGE step up from the opposition Moorer was facing and I don't think he could handle it.
