    In all fairness, aside from the Marquez KO, PAC was far much more impressive vs. common opponents.

    That’s not the point though. The point is...that most of the so called biggest challenges and bravest fights for Pacquiao which cemented his legacy (I’m a huge fan of Pacquiao by the way) were guys that were already beaten by Mayweather. As for Marquez...you deliberately glossed over it but Floyd didn’t lose a round against Marquez whereas Pacquiao arguably lose all four fights against him. Floyd also beat a better version of Shane than Pacquiao did....Shane’s previous fight when he faced Floyd had been his destruction of Margarito . Floyd dominated Shane 11-1 and Shane’s corner had threatened to stop the fight in the later rounds. After that beating Shane was DONE as a top fighter. PAC beat Floyd’s leftovers....as he did with Hatton.
