Gentlemen, your eyes do not deceive you.
    It really has happened.
After a long absense, the King has returned.

Floyd Mayweather Junior, a former super-featherweight champion of the world, after 21 months of absense has returned to boxing and, in his comeback, he immediately took on reigning lightweight champion of the world, a Mexican legend and an all-time great, P4P #2, Juan-Manuel Marquez.

Has there ever been a comeback so spectacular?
Has any fighter been absent for so long and, immediately took on the 2-nd best fighter in the world?
Will Floyd Mayweather Junior become not only "comeback of the year" but "Fighter of the year" (yet again)?
Please share your opinion about Floyd's greatness in this topic.

Even Cassius Clay (more properly known as Cassius Marcellus Clay Jr.) after 3 years of absense, has fought a string of no-hopers, before facing the mighty Joe Frazier. Floyd, a former super-featherweight, took on a reigning lightweight king, a master-technician, and shut him out over 12 one-sided rounds.
Comeback of the year, baby, if not the fighter of the year.

You can't be serious. Did you watch the fight? It was a farce and you know it.

    Why not?
    I did.
It was an excellent display of boxing by two of the premiere fighters in the world. Whose fault is it that one of them turned out so much better than the other?
Sure, the viewers might've been more pleased if the fight was an out-and-out brawl, but since when the fights, involving #1 and #3 fighters in the world are "a farce"?

    Double L,
I'm sorry, but do you even follow boxing?
Do you want to see the best fighting the best?

 Yes incredibly skilled...but would he still be undefeated if he fought the competition lets say....Margarito or Cotto have fought over the last few years???

Margarito in the last few years has fought...William, Cotto, Clottey, Cintron, Mosley....

Cotto has fought...Mosley, Margarito, Clottey...and soon Pacquiao....

would Mayweather still be undefeated if he had to fight that line up in a few years span??....probably NOT....
