And more specifically the WBC. They'll never strip Canelo.

Usually it is a good thing that nobody notices sanctioning bodies anymore. In cases like this it is bad. If they strip Canelo, so what? It doesn't effect his status as a 'champion' at all. He will lose the title only if he doesn't defend it against credible opponents for long time

Boxing Politics/Business sucks. The only thing GGG can do is call him a coward on National TV (During a Post fight Interview) to try and lure him into a fight.

of course it's not good....that dumb arab...he should have come in at 150-152 kept his speed and mobility....not that it would make a difference but still...give yourself the best chance at winning...fat sluggish 155 ain't going to do it...

I agree. Speed/Mobility is key for him. I'm very surprised Virgil let that happen.

I'm not real concerned about that.

But If it's in vegas the rich alvarez fans from distrito federal will flood the sports book with their money and cause the odds to get closer

Khan's stamina is gonna be affected by weighing that high. He should have come in around 150. He looks strong in the upper body but on his sides a little flabby. He absolutely NEEDS his speed in this fight.

Canelo looks dry. If he doesn't get Khan out early, he'll allow him to likely build a lead on points. If Khan has anything going for him, it's that Canelo does fight in spurts and doesn't apply constant pressure. He'll have to take advantage of that and know when to get his moments to rest while maintaining a good pace throughout this fight.

Odds are against him. But I'm actually ROOTING for him to win this one.

Doesn't proves anything. The guy is a name because of his run in the OG, and the decent career he had. Now, pretty much everyone agrees that he's not even a top 5 ww.

Exactly. Khan and Canelo are examples of under achievers being "elite" by virtue of nobody really good being around. Well, to be fair they've both been thoroughly beaten or knocked out by better fighters; which should really drive the point home.

Jesus has anyone watched the Golden boy version of 24/7 for this fight?

Fucking comical......using Collazo as the key opponent showing why Khan can win.

Golden Fag is a disgrace. Both the personal and the corporate Golden Fag.

What Golden Fag has basically done is tape a labradors mouth shut and throw to a fat, sated Lion, with freckles.

If Khan whips Canelo it'll be the funniest and most satisfying thing to happen in the sport in a long time.

Won't happen though. This dude was getting buzzed by Algeri in his last fight for Christ sake.

Shit he's pulling is indefensible. It sucked when others got away with this catchweight shit when fighting for titles, but this lobster haired fuck is taking it to the next level.

Anybody who utters the phrase "He's the draw, he can call his own shots.", should summarily be sentenced to watching that little cuban magician Rigormortis's career reel on a neverending loop for the rest of their natural born lives.

Pretty soon it's going to be common practice for "the money guy" to just make up his own weight class from fight to fight, and then asshole hypemen parroting "He's the draw, he can call his own shots", and eventually we're supposed to accept it, just like we do NBA stars taking 6 steps without getting called for a travel and drawing a phantom reach-in foul at the same time.

Canelo by KO....as soon as he lands a decent punch and Khan do that body wave he do...It's OVER...

So I'm thinking Canelo in 2-3 rounds..

THe only way this fight goes more than 4 round is if CANELO carries Khan...

Harden makes a lot more money in a lot less punishing sport, so my empathetic liberal biased hate meter swings wildly in the direction of the brillo pad faced flopping machine.
