Any wrestlers out there? My son is a freshman in high school and wants to bulk up for wrestling season next year. What excersises should he concentrate on? I know that core is the most important in Wrestling. Anyone remember any useful routines that would both bulk and prove useful on the mat?
The very important part he should do the exercises that bulk his muscles because bulking the muscles is very effective in wrestling. And also he should have to take weight training exercises. And the most important thing in this process is diet he would have to take high protein and low carbs.
