Same. To be fair though, at least when I cover medical stuff in Canada, specific medical records are always confidential. Between the patient and doctor.

The commission members are trying to figure out if the doctor got paid more then they did to look the other way.

 

Medical records are confidential doctor /patient unless the patient signs a release form which could be specific or blanket. Some of you know what I do in real life.. I have all my patients sign the forms so I can speak to insurance companies, specialists , etc. about their condition, even in the bit what I do. Tony can sign such a form but I think he has so much wrong from talking to an eye surgeon in the press room in AC a number of months ago(not Tony's) that no one wants it released. GS
