    Same. To be fair though, at least when I cover medical stuff in Canada, specific medical records are always confidential. Between the patient and doctor.

    Medical records are confidential doctor /patient unless the patient signs a release form which could be specific or blanket. Some of you know what I do in real life..lol I have all my patients sign the forms so I can speak to insurance companies, specialists , etc. about their condition, even in the bit what I do. Tony can sign such a form but I think he has so much wrong from talking to an eye surgeon in the press room in AC a number of months ago(not Tony's) that no one wants it released. GS
