so is this movie watchable? or is it too boring to sit through? or rather keeps you engaged but is shitty?

it's not a piece of shit. It's slightly above average. However slightly above average makes it the best Netflix movie by a mile

The movie I previously mentioned, Calibre, was a light year better than Bird Shit.

Theres been quite a few Netflix originals better than Bird Shit.

 

I was only referring to the ones I saw.

 

5.5/10 is fair

it's basically a crappy horror with a good cast, and should have been 20min shorter
if you like crappy horrors that are rather watchable, then it's ok

 

Pretty much. Have you seen The Apostle? It's a much better Netflix horror/thriller than VB.

Why is everyone so shocked it sucked? It doesn’t look good in the trailer and it’s a movie about art paintings killing people .

This was not good. Disappointing coming from the guy who made "Nightcrawler".

The bones of something interesting was there, and the art direction was pretty sound, but none of the characters was the slightest bit compelling, funny, witty or interesting, even though there were several very good actors involved.

 

Were the characters people that you wanted to see killed?

 

Yeah, but they were mostly boring caricatures, and the killings were fairly uncreative.
