Great point by RJJ that their tests are so good it even picks up over the counter stuff.

Either is equally plausable IMHO. He might well be scared of testing in case he is 'found out' or he may well be simply excercising his right to tell the Mayweather's to go fuck themselves. Until the rules are changed, he is perfectly entitled to do so.

For the last time I never disliked Roy. I was frustrated with his competition choices just as I am with Floyd's. I can't think of one fight Roy ever had where I wanted him to lose.

I was never a massive Roy fan, but I defy anyone to point stuff out which proves I was a bona-fide Roy Hater. Simply never was the case. Roy is, as Buddy Rydell pointed out, merely shooting the breeze, running his lips, taking advantage of an opportunity to speak. Roy, most likely, doesnt care either ways, if anything, like most pfp fighters, he probably regards Manny and Floyd as bums.

It doesn't matter. If Pacquiao was clean, he would have taken a few blood tests and $40 million. That's what matters.

 

And if Floyd wanted to fight Pacquiao, he would have just signed the contract and taken the 40 million, that's what matters.

 

True but that doesn't make what Roy said any less pertinent to this debate. Until NSAC requires testing of this level then Pac is well within his rights to refuse it.

Whether that speaks to his guilt or innocence is in the eye of the beholder.
