Actually yeah I remember that. And there was a marked difference that night, this was before any of this stuff came out, I remember thinking why does Mosley look all tight, and slower than usual.
I totally agree!!! Seriously. I was thinking the same shit after I read the article. I guess EPO is a synthetic way to achieve the benefits of blood doping?
I'm sure Victor Conte is available and for a fee would be willing to help resolve this whole thing. A mans gotta make a living.
As I said, follow the money down. Follow the money down....somebody paid a fee here and someone collected one. Oscar rang Judd, or Richard, and it happened.
Wow, a drug dealer is trying to get his name out there again. Conte would have a lot more validity if he weren't the one selling drugs to cheaters for years and years. Frankly, it wouldn't surprise me to hear that both guys are using drugs. Mayweather used to have the most brittle hands in the world, but they are just fine now...and what do people take to heal that type of thing? Steroids, of course.::
:stir: Between the lines, between the lines, well done,.. though your milky WHITE spinerette is better weaved between a couple of stronger foundations, like the unforgiveable ivory towers from the Ukraine, and how provocative the monuments seem to be, particularly the colour, in view of the contemporary American sports fan. At the moment, you're trying to slide your slippery wires across a toilet door, only for all your good work to come busting undone in cycles.
ROY JONES JUNIOR WEIGHS IN!! http://www.boxingtalk.com/pag/article.php?aid=18989 ROY JONES JR SIDES WITH PACQUIAO: "I WOULDN'T TAKE ANY EXTRA TESTS!" By G. Leon GL: Are you aware of the ongoing crisis surrounding the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight? "Most definitely." GL: Do you have an opinion on it? "You could see Pacquiao's side, why should he change for Floyd? A fight don't start in the ring, it starts when the negotiation starts. If these are the rules, we're going to stick by the standard rules. On the other hand, I understand he's saying something been going on, but the problem with that is, if you're going to check him why didn't you check Marquez? Why didn't you make anybody else do it? It's kind of strange to call him out on this and nobody else." GL: Do you see anything in Pacquiao that would lead you to feel suspicious? RJ: "No. The kid is strong, he came up in weight and brought his stregth. Nowadays the testing is good enough, they got it to where you can't even take over the counter products. I can testify to that. The testing is very good right now and there's nothing he could really do that they can't find. Why make Pacquiao take the test and not anybody else?" GL: Would you have made such a concession for John Ruiz or any of your other big fights? RJ: "Hell naw. Why change the rules on me? Because I'm coming up in weight means I'm doing steroids? They're giving you a test for that anyway. It would be something that would aggravate me because then after I beat you, I was on something, don't play with me. Either you want to fight or you don't want to fight. FULL MEMBERS ONLY INTERVIEW WITH JONES TO FOLLOW Great point by RJJ that their tests are so good it even picks up over the counter stuff.
Roy Jones......:cheer:......somewhere in Texas, a man is making tentative inquiries about the availability of a hit-man.
Or that Manny refuses to toe a line set by an opponent which is completely out of sinc with what is required by every major boxing sanctioning body and commission. Which is his right. Either is equally plausable IMHO. He might well be scared of testing in case he is 'found out' or he may well be simply excercising his right to tell the Mayweather's to go fuck themselves. Until the rules are changed, he is perfectly entitled to do so. There is very little 'clear cut' here... MTF
And when you consider its Roy who is hitting them...I mean, hitherto, if Roy was giving the job of nailing Jesus to the cross.....he'd still be at it.
:bears::bears: Roy is the man. He nailed one of the important points, why has Floyd not asked anyone else? Why single out Pacquiao, a man with no record of steroids?
Yeah but now he is saying something we like. So we like him for it. We can only be fair with the guy.
For the last time I never disliked Roy. I was frustrated with his competition choices just as I am with Floyd's. I can't think of one fight Roy ever had where I wanted him to lose.
U've Spent CONSIDERABLY MORE of your Posting Time Talking SHIT about Roy than Speaking HIGHLY of him...U Even had a SIG w/the Quote of a Comedian, Generating LAUGHS about Roy Being KO'ed....Sorry, but the Idea of YOU Genuninely LIKING Roy Jones just DOESN'T Pass the Sniff Test...U're just 1 of the 90%, Not All... REED:hammert:
I've praised Roy plenty but you just don't remember. It's pretty normal to remember the negative that people say, but I know for a fact I've praised Roy just as much as I've criticized him. And the quote from Hurricane was too funny to pass up.
I was never a massive Roy fan, but I defy anyone to point stuff out which proves I was a bona-fide Roy Hater. Simply never was the case. Roy is, as Buddy Rydell pointed out, merely shooting the breeze, running his lips, taking advantage of an opportunity to speak. Roy, most likely, doesnt care either ways, if anything, like most pfp fighters, he probably regards Manny and Floyd as bums.
:notallthere::notallthere: All in all, if we stand back and examine all of the pertinent threads, you will find there is very little sense being made in any of them. In fact, of all the Pac-Floyd threads, there might be, oh, a half a page of sense in them all.
Look, REED ISN'T Going to Get into a Looooooooong Back & Forth about this, so he'll Speak his Piece & Give U the LAST Word on the Matter::.... But the Thing Is, Anybody that "LIKED" Roy as U're Saying U Did WOULDN'T have Rocked a Sig of that Nature for MONTHS, Homey...It's YOUR Sig & U're Free to Do Whatever U Want w/It, But just DON'T Pass Yourself Off as Some Die-Hard Roy Fan when CLEARLY U WEREN'T (Perhaps Waaaaaaaaaaaay Back When, but that Fandom WANED Obviously for Whatever Reason).... ANYTIME Shane Mosley's Name is NEGATIVELY Noted, YOU'RE the Guy that Posters KNOW will Show Up in his Defense....U're a Die-Hard Sugar Shane Fan....As Such, REED GUARANfuckingTEE'S U'd NEVER Rock a Sig that Made Shane Look Bad.... REED:hammert:
Because he is afraid of Pacquiao. Utterly terrified. It doesn't matter. If Pacquiao was clean, he would have taken a few blood tests and $40 million. That's what matters.
And if Floyd wanted to fight Pacquiao, he would have just signed the contract and taken the 40 million, that's what matters.
True but that doesn't make what Roy said any less pertinent to this debate. Until NSAC requires testing of this level then Pac is well within his rights to refuse it. Whether that speaks to his guilt or innocence is in the eye of the beholder.
