Russell Wilson has hit a new peak the last few games. Hopefully this carries into the new year.

I actually think Graham might have been a distraction and reduced Wilsons play. Can't pinpoint how, but i see it kinda like how Crosby and Malkin never peak together, but whenever 1 of them is out the other just steps up to his full potential. Unfortunately the Pens mgmt still hasnt figured this out and that team will never grow...

Lol yup. 150 qb rating, 5 td passes. Descent management, at least he's not holding back the team.

Ok I just have to get this out there. The guy is amazing, clearly one of the most talented WRs ever... But something about Odell Beckham throws blips on my gaydar. I can't say for sure, but historically it's been VERY accurate.

I had lots to say about him. He played alot of horrible football, particularly 4th quarters. But his elite escape skills still displayed well even in losing games. The biggest problem was the o-line, and he was often not afforded even a full second in the pocket. The last few games he's been getting 3 seconds, sometime more on alot of plays and his numbers and completions are showing it. As I predicted even after an abysmal start, they are on the way towards a winning record and hopefully will squeek into the playoffs. If their momentum carries, right now there's not many teams I'd favor over the Hawks head-to-head.

Now with some season retrospect - the Hawks have done very well actually. Other than the opening day loss to the Rams, the other 4 losses are to the 1,2,4,6 overall teams in the standings. Besides that all the losses are in a "1 score" game, and I think pretty much all were blown leads in the 4th quarter. The Hawks are FOR REAL !!

Oh, there's definitely something going on when you have QB's like Kirk Cousins throwing the ball at a 70% completion rate. There's less dropped balls and more miracle grabs then there ever was. You've also seen more and more DB's getting better at ripping a ball out of a receivers hands as the catch is in progress, because that's often the only way to disrupt a completion if you have a QB who is the least bit accurate with his passes.

OBJ has a serious meltdown against the Panthers and Josh Norman after dropping the easiest TD pass of his career on the 1st possession. Giants meanwhile go on to do Giants sort of things through the course of the game and give another one away after teasing us once again.

Wilson/Baldwin set NFL record for most TDs in 4 consecutive games (hooked up for 10). I know its a bullshit record, but just wanted to point out how much Wilson relies on the teams D for his success.

Tillman turned the Giant game with the forced fumble on Rashad Jennings. I didn't agree with the call and thought the whistle blew the play dead due to forward momentum before it happened, but whatever. Giants would have figured out some way to lose it anyways.

he supposedly has a partially torn ACL. i didnt see that particular play as I was paying more attention to the bears game at the time before they got blown out. I did see his INT in the end zone. the guy never was considered one of the real elite corners at any point in his career aside from maybe 3 years ago, but his number of turnovers forced place him in rare air. 44 forced fumbles and 38 picks with 9 TDs. if he could manage to stay healthy for two more years after this he has a shot at 50/50 club

Vernon Davis with two of the biggest drops of the season in back to back weeks. Both with the game on the line.

He's really working out for us.

Yeah. I think so. I got last year mixed up with the year before and was thinking he hadn't played in two seasons.

A bunch of money going to a guy on IR.

I know with our injuries in the secondary, we are about to put back up WRs oput there as safeties. Three safeties out, Bruton playing hurt. Then Bruton collided with Talib and hurt him, then Bruton got taken out by a late hit by some fat fuck on the Steelers. In 2008 the Broncos could not keep a healthy RB on the field. This year, same thing but safety.

Tannehill is sacked for yet another safety today. That makes it 4 for the year.
