    no. i'm not saying that at all. and i'm certainly not trying to say that the victory shouldn't be awarded to the guy who was fouled. what i am saying is that some wins are better than others. that a win is NOT a win. not all wins are created equal. and just as Santana deserves almost no credit for his wins over Norris, Jackson deserves a ton for his.

    And I agree with you, Double. Some wins are certainly more impressive than others and Baldomir's victory over Clottey was one of those "more impressive" ones.
    Imagine this.....You walk into the ring, expecting a good, clean fight. Instead, your opponent butts you in the face, time and time again. But you don't give up. You don't initiate your own dirty tricks. You just keep on fighting, fair and clean, despite your opponent's blatant disregard of rules. And eventually, the justice prevails, and the referee finally DQs scumbag who's been fouling you throughout the fight. Would that be an impressive victory for you, Double?
