    Will star Vera Farmiga as Norman Bates mother and former child star Freddie Highmore (Charley & The Chocolate Factory) will play Norman Bates. The way this prequel has been describes sound too similar to the plot of PSYCHO IV: THE BEGINNING a made for tv movie (Showtime) starring E.T.s Elliot, Henry Thomas & Barbara Hershey.
