Did anyone in this forum, think that Fedor had better striking than Arlovski? I don't remember anyone not acknowledging that. But for the most part I remember everyone agreeing that once Fedor caught AA, which no matter what was going to happen eventually, whether it be on the ground or AA's chin, it would be over. Not sure what the debate is over, did anyone think of Fedor as some experienced boxer?

I know, Lindland was in lala land for a while, Belfort did look great at 185, I could see a card with Belfort and Mousasi getting together. :cheer:

That's the most likely way Fedor will get beat one day, perhaps soon... maintaining a standup trade-off against a rangey kickboxer,... Fedor should've attempted to shoot in, the minute he detected that striking with this guy was too big of a risk. If Fedor believes too much in his striking abilities, the days of his undefeated streak are numbered.

Right on Joe, Fedor was going to win regardless. Arlovski performance was like that of a train boxer fighting in MMA - Landing some decent shots but nothing else to offer.

IMO a rematch would be more of the same - as Fedor would know what to expect.

fedor's looking a little flabby, kinduva "dad" look. must be tough to keep up the focus after you beat your two biggest rivals in the first round.

my guess is that could be the end of Fedor's unbeaten, especially if he continues the acting and what not. It probably will be hard for him to care as much as he did say in the Pride days.
