Yeah, I'd have to favor all three of those guys over Munguia after tonight.

Had the feeling he could be special - like a Trinidad. But I think he is more of a Chavez Jr

hurd would give munguia a beating, but it would be a good brawl while it lasted

    That’s Extreme.

He Acquitted Himself Well vs Canelo and was Beating Mungia Early. A Complete “Bum” Doesn’t Do That.

If smith is 10 pounds heavier he probably wins that fight.

I rebember him mostly covering up and barely landing anything against Canelo. Wouldn't call that acquitting himself well.

    He’s Only 21 Doub.

Waaaaaaay Toooooooo EARLY to Speak Definitively Either Way. He Even Said Himself he’s Still Green.

Good News Is, Mungia Looked VULNERABLE Enough to Entice Non-Belt Holding Super Welters to Position Themselves for a Title Shot.

A Mungia-Julian Williams Bout Would Be a Good Follow Up to Tonight, and Answer More Questions.

Munguia would beat J-Rock. Williams isn't much of a banger and his chin isn't the most solid.

It's too early to write Munguia off. REED is right. Let's not act like he STRUGGLED with Smith.

Beefy won 2 of the first 3, but from the 4th on Munguia dominated every single round. He could have easily finished Smith if he had more polish. The polish is something he should develop in time.

The fact that he doesn't seem to see punches coming is alarming though, gotta admit.

But it's too premature to throw his career in the trash.

Yeah Hurd would be too much for Munguia right now.

But Hurd has defensive issues of his own to address.

It's very apparent now that Smith would have beaten Ali. Beefy caught a shitty break.

The one who should feel like a jackass is Lampley. Apparently Munguia was the best 21 year old since Tyson....

I'm not sure on that 1. Williams chin is shaky but he's a lot more skilled than smith aND a lot sharper puncher. He'd tee off, if munguia could take it then maybe he takes williams out

That's the Logic REED Had in Mind when he Suggested J-Rock as a Next Opponent...

Smith was Piecing Mungia Up in the 1st 3-4 Rounds, to the Point Mungia's Defense Looked MargaritoESQUE...In Addition to Being More Skilled AND a Sharper Puncher, J-Rock Actually Has HANDSPEED...As Sloooooow as Smith was on the Trigger, he Still FOUND Mungia w/Ease...

J-Rock Has a Better Set of Wheels than Beefy Also...On the Flipside, J-Rock Isn't as Durable, But if he's Able to Get Off 1st and Get OUT, His Lack of Durability Won't Matter as Much...

Maybe. J-Rock would have a chance. I just see Munguia's power being too much. Williams did well for himself beating Gallimore, but Gallimore turned out to be a scrub... a lesser fighter than Beefy in fact.

REED Would Favor Hurd for Sure, but Mungia's Superior Firepower COULD Win Out...He Hits HARDER than Hurd in REED's Opinion...

And Hurd IS the Black Antonio Margarito, Defensively...

Hurd is a finished product. Munguia isnt. In like 2 years it might be a different story.

I feel like Jermall Charlo would be THE worst matchup for Munguia... much moreso than Hurd and maybe even worse than Golov and Clenelo.

Munguia's lack of D would be disastrous in the face of Jermall's power and accuracy.

I think ali wins. Smith doesnt have the power to dent him. And ali is much faster and sharper.

Smith is a tough guy who likes covering up and throw counters but i dont think that style would work well against ali

Smith has more than enough pop to have stopped the fragile Ali. Unless youre trying to say that Jesse Vargas hits harder than Smith...

I called it when Ali-Smith was first announced. Smith would have stopped him late.

Ali was able to take Abregu power just fine, and he's a much bigger puncher than Smith and probably a better fighter to boot. I simply don't see what you see in Beefy. guy is a typical euro bum

Abregu was a HORRIBLE fighter. TF are you talking about?

Smith is Marciano good compared to Abregu.

You're tripping, Abregu would have wrecked bum ass Smith.

giving a good fight to Bradley is a million times better than anything this euro ever did
