Similar fighters in my mind. Andrade had better technique but Gonzalez was a little more versatile and better defense.
Oddly enough, I actually thought about this matchup two days ago. Maybe because there hasn't been a whole helluva lot of Mexican Supermiddles/Lightheavys in history. I think I'd take Gonzalez, because like you said he was a tad more versatile. Neither one of these guys was anything close to great, but it'd be a good scrap. As far as Mexicans go, both these guys were level tiers lower than Yauqi Lopez.
