I´m amazed how impressed the Showtime crew is with Ward. If that was Libardo Andrade in there, he´d have Ward out within three rounds now. Ward is backing up alot with his head in the air, not throwing much.

 

He's Got GOOD SKILLS, but he CAN'T Punch or TAKE a Punch...That's a BAD Combination for ANY Fighter to Have...REED Would Favor ANY Top 5 Supermiddle to KO Ward, but he'd Admittedly Have his MOMENTS Against Most of them, Because of his SPEED, ACCURACY & MOVEMENT...

Ward is showing he has heart. He is in with an older tough dirty fighter and is winning the fight. Yeah Miranda is shot, but because the fight is being fought in close he is making it tough for Ward who is not really moving that much and is going for a ko.

I understand what you are saying, but Miranda still punches hard and to stand in there like that with a hard puncher(even an older one) takes some guts. Remember how pissed Manny was at Lennox for not getting tyson out earlier?

Put it this way...the other "e-light" guys who caught Miranda that flush knocked him out.

Ward landed as flush as he could have wanted to and I never thought Miranda was hurt in the fight.

Gassed, but not hurt.

 

Ward won not because he is good but because Miranda is awful.
