That the tests are random and unannounced is the whole point. If Manny knows the dates, he can easily work around them. All athlete can flush the crap out of their system on a 24 hour notice and HGH is still not detectable in a urine test as far as I know. Three tests on announced dates are the same as no testing. Make it three unannounced blood tests at any point before the fight, plus the post fight test, and urine at any time, and you have at least a reasonable test and blood pattern.

Three announced tests don´t mean jackshit, when HGH is undetectable after two days. The first one is at a time Manny is not even in intense training and unlikely to use anyway even if he does, so it´s completely useless. The suggestion by Arum means Manny will be tested ONCE in his training camp and he knows the day. Might as well not test at all. The whole point is that Manny can be tested on any given day and doesn´t know whether they return the next day or three weeks later.

I´m no expert, my knowledge is very basic, but just by the sounds of it, the guy doesn´t sound like an expert either. It says he´s a private injury consultant, not a doping test authority of any kind. Let´s say you have a broken leg, you don´t see a dentist. Even if he told you, he has 800 clients, who had a broken leg, you´d still don´t let him fuck around with your leg, just because he knows 800 people with a broken leg.

Athlete have so many ways to cheat these tests, I doubt the guy has ever heard of, so just that he says PEDs will show up on a urine test 100% is complete bullshit.

For example if you shove a rice grain up your penis, the enzymes in the rice grain will destroy any evidence of EPO in your urine in a very short amount of time. No kidding that is how cyclists cheated the EPO urine tests.
