You think a lot of things. Doesn't mean your opinion is any more viable than anybody else's, Godfather. Even despite you wishing it was with your Batman drivel who is actually one of the lamest SOBs in comic book history with muscles attached to his rubber suit. At least Christopher Reeve and Brandon Routh actually trained for their roles whereas every Batman actor except Adam West wore a whacky rubber-muscled bat suit.

Never claimed it was. Im just more passionate about it. Deal with it.

I told you I never read a comic book in my life. I could give a fuck if it was lame or not. The movies are the shit.

I can almost guarantee you bale did more training than Routh or Reeve combined. Bale is always dedicated to his characters and i have read workout for the role.

    Anything else hanzy?

It's not a troll job. I just changed my mind after doing a background check on the numbers and age of the audiences attending these movies. Thus I changed my stance on the subject.:clapagain:

Come on Godfather. You know the Hulk banner you sent me was more badass than any Batman banner.

Bale is a vegeterian and naturally is not a big man unlike Reeve and Routh who are physically massive dudes thus they would not need to workout as hard or intensely as the much smaller Bale. Harder for Bale to look 'big' hence he would need to train a lot more.

You should've because it rocked. I can't put it back up though since the walls been painted but I'll find a new place. Or I might upgrade to a new banner like Avengers or something.
People looked at it and said "Damn that's f*cking huge! Doesn't that sh*t belong in a movie theater?"

If Superman is done right, it can do well next year but how much more of this Superman fighting that bald midget cunt Lex Luthor can people take? Get some new f*cking enemies. They just retell the same sh*t in the franchise.

I don't know about the superhero universe, but if you're actually an adult, DC shits all over Marvel and then some.

    Check out DC's, Vertigo imprint.

You'll find plenty of adult themes and a curious lack of sociopaths in spandex.

Time to grow up people. :nono:

This is actually true. DC does have many adult-theme comic characters which actually don't and may never get any attention on the big screen or even the small screen. All DC ever markets is Superman and Batman.

Well, they tried to do Constantine, but it was polluted by the shitty Keannu Reeves and Shia La'Boof. Movie actually turned out alright, but did not have the following of the Superhero books.

HBO was going to do a "Preacher" series. But the plug was pulled on that. Probably due to supposed similarities with the increasingly annoying "True Blood".

"Sandman" series had been in talks, on and off. Too complicated probably.

"V For Vendetta" was a DC comic as was "A History Of Violence".

"Priest" was a DC comic, but that was pretty garbage as a movie. I wasn't familiar with the books myself.

What it comes down to, is a big budget production is not going to be greenlit without the guaranteed profits of a few million fanboys in tow.

I'm pretty sure they were both in development at about the same time. HBO certainly wasn't going to carry two different shows with vampire/supernatural characters at the same time.

On the fence if I am going to see this. That captain America costume is lame. It might make me not want to watch.

Well, I haven't been to a movie in a year, I think since Hoover. I have to see the "Dictator", I am a huge fan of Sascha Baron Cohen. I also want to see "The Raven." 3 movies is a lot, I am busy and sitting in a movie seat fucks my back.

I like Cohen too, but im not excited about Dictator. I hope it's funny tho. The Raven looks good. But i have to say Prometheus is the one movie that has me excited.

    +1
However, I've a funny feeling a lot of 'Xeno-tards' are going to be disappointed with it.

Nah, comic-books-for-adults: fails on every level.

Justice League, Batman, Green Lantern, Superman, The Flash, Aquaman: all outsell the top Marvel comic-titles, but DC suck when it comes to transfering the comics-to-movies.

I guarantee that 'The Dark Knight Rises' and 'Man Of Steel' combined won't touch 'The Avengers' gross...

What do you mean "fails on every level"?

Even its a great movie in its own right, they'll still go: "Huh? WTF has this got to do with Alien or Aliens??? Where's the bugs???!!"

'Tards need and are expecting some kind of 'explanation' for the origins of the Alien itself and I dont think Ridley Scott's gonna give it to them...

Only since the relaunch last year. Before that, DC was a distant second to Marvel.
